Brandon and Kate Duinkerken moved to the Asheville, NC area in July 2006.  The fresh air and friendly small-town feel seemed the perfect place to raise their family.  The area's scenic beauty and the community's commitment to family-oriented activities made Brandon want to build homes that preserve Asheville's unique setting.  

 

Brandon Duinkerken has been employed in the construction industry for over seventeen years and absolutely loves it.  He quickly learned that he could positively impact the lives of people whose homes he built.  As one of the only hands-on builder's in Asheville, Brandon's accomplishments include:

Kate Duinkerken works hard to ensure that every Duinkerken Homes project is completed in a timely, cost-effective and efficient manner. In addition to being the office manager and marketing coordinator, Kate can be found working on the job and assisting with projects. Kate is a prominent member of the Asheville Home Builders Association and Professional Women in Building.  She also works on our informative newsletter and has achieved the following accolades:
