Brandon and Kate Duinkerken moved to the Asheville, NC area in July 2006.  The fresh air and friendly small-town feel seemed the perfect place to raise their family.  The area's scenic beauty and the community's commitment to family-oriented activities made Brandon want to build homes that preserve Asheville's unique setting.  Brandon has his General Contractor's license and endeavors to build energy-efficient homes in Asheville and the surrounding areas.

Brandon Duinkerken has been employed in the construction industry for over seventeen years and absolutely loves it.  He quickly learned that he could  positively impact the lives of people whose homes he built.  His accomplishments include:

Kate Duinkerken works hard to ensure that every Duinkerken Homes project is completed in a timely, cost-effective and efficient manner.  In addition to providing accounting, marketing and administrative support, you can often find Kate on the job helping to hang sheetrock, laying floors, painting, devising punch lists or doing site clean up.
